The guys capture a new audience of footy fans as they entertainment the crowd at the 3/4 time and at full-time. An impulsive and explosive rendition of We Will Rock You had the crowd on their feet and they were kept there with a bopping version of This City. The short but entertaining 20min set kept up the good spirits of the afternoon into the evening.

12th aUG 07: The bigger the stage, the bigger the production, the bigger the sound, the bigger the lights, the bigger the band looks! The guys pulled off a massive show tonight at the Annandale Hotel from beginning to end as they kept the crowd entertained for their entire set. Highlights included This City which saw Enz grace the mic and curl himself around fold backs as he engaged the crowd after a sweeping 'pink floyd' middle 8; Big V standing on his drum kit whilst beating down onto his toms; Nicko grooving the crowd into grooves and theatrical innuendos throughout Just Can't Stop and Al delivering a captivating and raunchy version of All There Is to end their set to big applause.

03rd aUG 07: A fantastic jamm4genes event. There were many highlights here this evening. Moneek's Red Lounge played a beautiful opening set and then there was the first heat of the air guitar competition and it was the two 'non' guitarists of DeniM that kicked it all off and had the crowd in a buoyant mood. First up was bassist Nicko, flaunting it all to the crowd with a spectacular display of showmanship as he showcased his way to rock stardom air guitaring to the Darkness. The big vibe was continued by the Big V you rocked it out to Living On A prayer by Bon Jovi. He can never stray to far from the drums though as he landed on them during the performance! DeniM then hit the stage with massive display of showmanship and energy dedicated to the the kids of Australia benefiting from CMRI. From the moment they hit the stage they invited the crowd to jump and dance through the entire set. Enz & Al joined the crowd on the dance floor and fans jumped on stage singing along. There was a fantastic vibe tonight and the crowd and the band fed off each other in a unique display of togetherness that one might only find at a live music venue. They closed the set with a rocking version of This City that extended out to ten minutes with a mind blowing jam finale. All in all the night was full with great music, plenty of entertainment, some fantastic air guitar hopefuls (included our personal favorite Salvo - a star of the stage this evening) and all for a great cause with good money raised for jeans4genes day. Thank you to all who came out to the evnt to help us raise money and added to such great atmoshphere.

From the opening two songs The Magic That Was & Just Can't Stop the crowd was feeling the up tempo and good feeling vibes. The brand new "Have you Had Enough", a song about the massive natural disaster in India a few months back was played live for the very first time and received to big applause. A couple of songs later and Enz had taken up the Bass guitar. "Please buy each other drinks tonight as the bar takings go to the family of a young man that is no longer with us. An employee of this establishment, this next song is for his family & friends, the Orange Grove & all its staff and for the young man himself. This is 'Too Far Away' was the speech to the audience that opened up this brand new song. If there was one person in the audience not completely taken aback by this moment the the entire crowd was chanting 'I don't want to Apologize' during the next song when the band and crowd became one defiant voice as the audience was asked to vote strong have make themselves heard at next week's state election. 29th dEC 06: DeniM play the Orange Grove Hotel and they produced another fantastic set tonight. It is no secret no that these boys are primed for touring and 2007 will be a huge year for DeniM.

25th dEC 06: A Fantastically wonderful Christmas full of Peace and Joy!!

23rd dEC 06: Another late and unexpected call to the Cat & Fiddle and this trio just grows in strength. It seems as though Ben Q has found a home by Big V's drum kit. Characteristically Chimera opened the night and the emotion was relentless from there.

22nd dEC 06: A short and lively set by the boys had the Bexley North Hotel on its feet on an incentive night initiated by Red Letter Day, a company owned by Denny Burgess, some of you may remember him from the great band Masters & Apprentices. As the DeniM made full use of a good size stage in an unexpectedly good live venue in the burbs, Glenn was one of many new fans. Al says "We are all fans of the Maters & Apprentices and Denny is a real nice guy, we hope to do some work with him earl in the new year". Denny spoke "They have a great sound and an exciting live presence, I really enjoyed their performance".

17th dEC 06: WOW, WOW, WOW! Anyone lucky enough to be at the show tonight was treated to a fantastic performance by the boys. A technical glitch got the boys off a little late and two songs had to be cut from the set list but no one was disappointed. The crowd responded with big roars after every song finished, each song perfectly delivered. The Magic that was had the crowd boppin' and when Enz thanked the audience for all their applause you could sense a real connection between the band and the crowd. "Tonight, this is not only My Place, this is Our Place" and the passionately delivered My Place which had everyone transfixed. Al & Enz then drew the audience closer for the finale with This City. Al took front stage with the crowd as Enz climbed the speaker stack for his solo and the place just erupted. Then when a snippet of the rocky horror picture show was thrown into the mix tonight was a night not to be forgotten. "Please love eachother, buy eachother drinks, have a wonderful Christmas and we'll see you all in 2007 if we don't see you in Bexley next week"

07th dEC 06: DeniM, the three piece, kicked off tonight at the Cat & Fiddle. Big V had plenty of work to do on drums and simulation and pulled it off. It was the first show the band has introduced simulation into their live performance and the it worked well. Alongside his drum kit the Big V worked a rack unit more comprehensive than the in house engineer's box. His simulation rack was loaded as he sorted through tracks on a laptop which sat on top of the rig. It was a great live set as we saw the results of two months work in the studio.

09th sEPT 06: A highly successful EP launch for DeniM at a packed Bridge Hotel. The performance had it all as the boys went all out. As they disappeared into the crowd the video introduction began on the big screen, it lasted close to 5 minutes. The footage, put together by Ziz & Ros, was a great introduction into the making of 'Take the music & Run' and the lead in to the launch. Before you knew it the stage was completely covered in smoke and a introduction rung out over the speakers and from it the boys exploded into Chimera, the opening track from the new EP. Their first set lasted over an hour and was jam packed with energy and passion and the crowd loved every minute of it. You could see them dancing, hear them screaming, some made it on stage, some were thanked for their efforts, some congratulated for the birthdays. Many who saw DeniM for the first time said that it was a show they couldn't forget. There were many highlights including a screaming rendition of All along the watchtower in a powerful Together, The Magic That Was created a wonderful atmosphere whilst Apologize and This City rocked the house down. By the end of the 2nd set it was well after 1am before the boys got off stage. A highly memorable performance that was captured on film by the guide program on TVS and footage will be made available on this web site very soon. Thank you to everyone for making this night the greatest night on earth!
